How does YogiSmile support sustainability?Reduce your carbon footprint by bringing reusable water bottles/cups. Recycling and eco-friendly practices are core studio values.

What should I bring to class?Wear comfortable attire, bring a small towel, and a water bottle with a cap. You can use your own yoga mat and props, which are available for free for the first 30 days. Please disinfect studio mats and props after use and return them to the shelf.

Do you offer complimentary refreshments?Yes, herbal tea is complimentary. Bring your own cup or pay $1 for a paper cup.

Are there any specific rules for in-studio behavior?Remove your shoes (including in the bathroom and gift shop). Silence your phone and place it in your bag/cubby. Avoid wearing strong perfumes or smoking prior to class.

Who can attend classes at YogiSmile?Students 18 years and older may attend adult classes. Teens aged 13–18 may attend with a guardian.

What are the studio’s guidelines for arrival?Doors open 15 minutes before class. Arrive early to check in and settle. Doors close 5 minutes after class starts.

What happens if my class package expires?Class packages cannot be extended, but rollovers are available with the purchase of a new package.

How do I check if a class is canceled or rescheduled?Check your email or phone for updates. We will notify you at least one hour prior.

What is your cancellation policy?Sign up or cancel at least 1.5 hours in advance to allow wait-listed students to join.

What forms of payment are accepted?All major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX). Cash and debit cards are NOT accepted.

Are there changing facilities at the studio?Yes, YogiSmile offers one changing area for your convenience.
