Stretch with Block
Gentle Flow
Perfect for beginners or those seeking a calm, restorative practice. Gentle Flow combines slow, mindful movements with focused breathing to help you relax, release tension, and stay present. Ideal for easing into yoga or recovering from stress or injury.

Warrior Two
Moderate Flow
Progress your practice with Moderate Flow, blending vinyasa sequences, strength-building poses, and mindful breathing. Designed for balance, flexibility, and focus, this class is perfect for those ready to sweat and flow at their own pace.

Yoga Practice
Dynamic Flow
An energizing 60-minute class for intermediate and advanced yogis. Dynamic Flow builds stamina, strength, and flexibility through creative, invigorating sequences. Modifications are offered, ensuring you move at your own pace while embracing this powerful, heart-opening practice.

Yoga Relaxation Pose
Restorative Yoga
($10 Community Price)
Unwind and recharge in a peaceful space with soothing music and supportive props like blankets and eye pillows. This class begins with gentle movement and flows into restorative poses, ending with Yoga Nidra—a deeply relaxing state of 'yogic sleep.' Perfect for all levels.

Yin Yoga
Find deep relaxation and flexibility with Yin Yoga. This meditative practice uses extended holds to nourish connective tissues, release tension, and improve joint mobility. Props and modifications ensure comfort for all levels.

YogiSmile Yoga & Wellness Center is a community-rooted studio in the heart of Laurel, Maryland offering Yoga, Pilates, and wellness classes designed to strengthen the body, center the mind, and invite joy through movement.

Our calm, light-filled space is intentionally designed to feel supportive and focused—meeting you where you are, whether you're just beginning or deepening a long-time practice. Each class is guided with clarity and care, helping you build strength, resilience, and ease—on and off the mat.​​

To ensure a personalized experience, we ask that you register in advance. Walk-ins are not available. The studio opens 15 minutes before and after each class for in-person questions or support.

​

Whether you’re new to yoga or continuing your journey, you’ll find room here to grow at your own pace, in your own way.
