Welcome to YogiSmile yoga studio and wellness center! At YogiSmile, we believe in the healing power of Yoga and the positive impact Yoga practice can have on an individual and the community as a whole! Our dedicated team is committed to serve the community with integrity and care!
Our goal is to make Yoga accessible for all. We offer high quality and affordable Yoga classes in a serene and beautiful studio for everyone in the City of Laurel, Maryland and surrounding communities such as Beltsville, Columbia, Maple Lawn, West Laurel, and beyond! We welcome yoga lovers of all fitness and experience levels - beginners through advanced!

Our Classes

Yoga offers healing, love, hope, discipline, kindness, peace and joy!

We offer Yoga classes for all levels (beginners, intermediate, and advanced). Meditation, breath work and centering is part of each class. In addition to membership classes we also offer Community Restorative and Yoga Nidra (for $10) to help make Yoga accessible for all.  Studies show that Restorative & Yoga Nidra practice can help improve memory & sleep, and reduce stress & anxiety. Step into our studio to relax, restore and rejuvenate with a smile!

We offer several classes that are suitable for everyone "ALL LEVELS". Level 1/2 vinyasa flow is for experienced beginners through intermediate level practitioners. Level 2 is for more experienced yogis.

Stretch with Block

Gentle Flow

Whether you are new to Yoga, recovering from an injury, or have been practicing for a long time, you will enjoy the slow flow of this class to help you breathe deep, feel relaxed and stretch smoothly! The smooth flow of this class along with focused breathing helps you practice staying in the moment and letting go of past regrets and future worries.

Warrior Two

Moderate Flow

Enjoy a progressive Yoga practice to start from slow flow and basic poses and progress to a faster pace. This class favors vinyasa flow with variety and repetitive movements and short holds.  Join this class to breathe, stay focused, build strength and gain more flexibility. You will enjoy a balance of active and relaxing poses! Be prepared to sweat but always listen to your body and move at your own pace!

Dynamic Flow

Dynamic Flow: This is a 60-min class that offers an energetic and dynamic flow suitable for both intermediate level and Advanced Yogis who like to start their weekend with a good work-out and sweat. Each class is designed to awaken, stretch, strengthen, and release tension in the joints and muscles you use most. Come to this class with an open heart and mind to challenge your stamina and experience creative sequences that energize and relax. Dynamic poses help keep you present and focused on your breaths, asanas and intention while letting go of everything else. Modifications are offered! Be prepared to sweat or PLEASE listen to your body and move at your own pace! Level 1/2 & 2


Restorative Yoga
$10 Community Price

Come and allow your body and mind to restore and relax. You are welcomed to a peaceful space with soothing music, soft blanket, eye pillow and other props to encourage your body’s healing power to rejuvenate you and restore your energy for days ahead! This class will start with a gentle flow and and lead to passive restorative poses and and end with a short Yoga Nidra “ Yogic Sleep” - - a conscious state between wakefulness and sleep.

Pilates Stretches

Yin Yoga

Experience stillness, deep breathing, stretching and relaxing in this meditative yoga practice. Extended hold in each pose nourishes fascia (the connective tissue surrounding your muscles and organs) and helps with flexibility of your joints and muscles.  You will receive assistance for modification and proper use of props.

Hatha Yoga

This class offers a steady and well-rounded practice of yoga poses with focus on alignment, moderate holding of poses to engage muscles and build strength, improve flexibility, stamina, balance as well as mindfulness and breath control.

Life can sometimes be exhausting and stressful. Yoga Nidra “Yogic Sleep” - - a conscious state between wakefulness and sleep, or sleep with awareness, is an ancient practice intended to induce full-body relaxation and a deep meditative state of consciousness. 

In addition to relaxation and restoration, studies have shown that Yoga Nidra helps reduce insomnia, anxiety, stress and PTSD. Setting an intention or affirmation helps you transform negative thoughts, habits and behaviors, and cultivate feelings of peace, calm and clarity!

Pregnant Woman Practicing Yoga

Rae's prenatal yoga circle will focus on the community of yogi mamas growing together in motherhood and individual yoga journeys. Allow yourself to consciously focus on your pregnancy. Continue to gain strength and flexibility for childbirth and new life as a parent.

Yoga Class

Beginners Yoga

Learn the basics of Yoga in this class if you are new to Yoga, or if you have been practicing Yoga and like to go back to basics to strengthen your foundation. The relaxed and meditative flow of this class is also great for those with minor mobility issues or recovering from injuries. Practicing in this class you will become familiar with the names of the poses and alignment. We offer pose modifications and options. Please listen to your body and take the option that’s suitable for you and your practice. All Levels
