🌱 A Beautiful Surprise in Our Garden

Because of a recent back injury, I haven’t been able to weed and tend to the YogiSmile garden. Recently, one of our dear YogiSmile friends, Tracy, gave us a wonderful surprise. Knowing how busy things have been, she quietly spent time weeding the flower beds at the studio.

When she was finished, the garden looked fresh, open, and cared for—ready to welcome all of us with more beauty and calm. What an act of generosity and love!

This kind gesture is a reminder of the wisdom of yoga: that practice doesn’t end when we step off the mat. Yoga teaches us compassion, understanding, and the joy of giving—and Tracy’s gift embodied all of these.

This meaningful act reminded me once again that YogiSmile is more than a yoga studio—it’s a community where kindness blossoms, sometimes in the most unexpected ways.
